You can now duplicate bulk actions and policies in Florbs. This makes it easy to quickly perform new actions on the same file selection, or to adjust criteria when something changes. Just pause a policy, duplicate it, make the changes you need, and set it live again.

New feature: most active sharing users
Added an overview of internal users who have shared the most files from their My Drive. The report shows how many files were shared externally, with “Anyone with the link,” and with personal accounts like @gmail.com. This helps you monitor and identify users who may need training, a reminder of your company’s security policies, or closer oversight.

New feature: transfer file ownership in Google Drive
You can now transfer file ownership from one user’s My Drive to another. This helps when someone leaves the team or changes roles. All file access and sharing settings stay the same after the transfer. The old file owner becomes an editor, retaining access to the files.

Instantly remove all access for a specific user or an entire domain
You can revoke access for a specific user in just a few clicks. Simply select the user from the list of external users with access to your company’s files. This is especially useful if you identify a freelancer you no longer work with or a former employee who shared files using a personal email address.
Additionally, you can now remove access for all users from a specific domain, making it easy to revoke permissions when ending a partnership with another company.

New feature: automated security policies
Automatically protect future files. Create security policies to automatically remove access permissions if files meet your selected criteria. For example, monthly remove all external sharing from files labeled “Confidential” is they have not been modified for more than 6 months. Florbs will check every month if there are any files that meet these criteria and run the selected action.

Added the ability to apply, remove and replace Drive labels in bulk based on granular criteria. For example, label all files that have not been modified in 3 years as “Legacy files”. Manage access restrictions for all files with the same Drive label at once.
