Your role
You're a determined, entrepreneurial individual who thrives in fast-moving environments. We need a true hunter, someone who operates independently, constantly tests new approaches, and delivers fast, measurable results while always focusing on customer impact.
What you'll do
Drive revenue & pipeline: Own the full sales cycle from lead to close, consistently exceeding revenue targets.Develop and execute a data-driven territory plan to prioritize and scale high-potential accounts.
Strategic account management: Collaborate deeply with Product, Marketing, and the Founders, acting as the customer's voice to align internal efforts with market needs.
Sales performance & optimization: Master product value articulation and skillfully manage complex contract negotiations to maximize deal velocity and size. Maintain disciplined pipeline management (CRM) for accurate forecasting and sales process refinement.
Utilize sales enablement tools: accelerate deal progression and secure buy-in, be proactive in how you and the team can over perform.
What we're looking ror
Proven B2B SaaS sales experience (ideally in early-stage environments).
2+ years of experience in an SDR or BDR role.
Experience in outbound prospecting with a hunter mentality.
Must have experience selling into ACV ranges between €2K-€20K.
Confident and persistent with strong cold calling skills.
Familiar with sales tools and experience using AI tools in prospecting or sales workflows.
Confident communicator, strong proficiency in English.
Ability to build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Naturally curious and motivated to learn full-cycle sales.
Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and resilience, grit is non-negotiable.
Bonus points
Previous experience in high-growth early stage startup environments
Strong grasp of cloud technology or security/compliance SaaS a plus.
Strong interest in AI and workflow automation
Loves the fast-paced startup "rollercoaster"
