Your role
As our B2B Marketing Manager, you'll drive sustainable, scalable growth through hands-on execution and optimization of acquisition strategies, leveraging data, creativity, and technical insight across multiple acquisition channels, working directly with the founders to scale Florbs.
You’re not managing ads—you’re building our growth machine with a data-driven approach, creativity around messaging and branding, making a direct impact on our trajectory.
What you'll do
Growth strategy & execution: Develop and implement a data-driven growth strategy, continuously analyzing performance to identify and scale the most effective acquisition channels.
Brand & content development: Elevate Florbs' brand presence by leading messaging, creative direction, and brand awareness initiatives. Produce high-impact creative assets, including compelling blog posts, ads, and in-depth content (white papers, case studies) that establish our position as an industry thought leader.
Key account & partner marketing: Lead marketing alignment across the organization, fostering deep collaboration with Sales, Product, and the founders. Act as the primary marketing partner for the Sales team in key account and reseller meetings, developing and presenting bespoke marketing toolkits to secure buy-in and drive joint success. You will be responsible for ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are aligned on strategy, messaging, and KPIs to create synergistic campaigns with maximum impact.
Performance marketing & optimization: Implement robust tracking and analytics to monitor user journeys and campaign performance, generating actionable insights. Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) through hypothesis-driven A/B testing on campaigns, landing pages, and user funnels. Design, test, and refine high-converting landing pages to maximize sign-ups and demo requests.
Content: Execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy with a strong focus on organic growth and audience engagement.
What we're looking for
Background in B2B SaaS and/or cybersecurity
Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign optimization & A/B testing
Strong copywriting skills
Strong project management skills and experience with KPI analysis
Data-driven approach to marketing decisions
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and creates structure
